CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS



By submitting an application on the website tdcsp.ru, the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”). Acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives their consent to LLC “CSP” (TIN 7810227242), located at the following address:
199106, Saint Petersburg, Intra-city Municipal District Gavan, Bolshoy V.O. Ave., Building 83, Letter A, Premises/Office 2-N/540,
to process their personal data under the following conditions:
  1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
  2. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data that are not special or biometric: contact phone numbers; email addresses; place of work and job title; user data (including location information; operating system type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; traffic source; referring website or advertisement; OS and browser language; pages visited and buttons clicked by the user; IP address).
  3. The personal data are not publicly available.
  4. The purpose of processing personal data is: processing incoming requests from individuals in order to provide consultations; analyzing user actions on the website and ensuring the proper functioning of the website; conducting advertising and informational mailings.
  5. The legal basis for processing personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the Charter of LLC “CSP”; and this Consent to the processing of personal data.
  6. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
  7. Personal data are processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and informational mailings. Processing of personal data may also be terminated upon request of the personal data subject. Storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.
  8. The Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written request to LLC “CSP” or its representative at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
  9. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the personal data subject or their representative, LLC “CSP” has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
  10. This Consent shall remain in force until the termination of the processing of personal data as specified in clauses 7 and 8 of this Consent.
